Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. 

I consider it extremely important to capture the strengths of the patients I serve and enlist their well-informed collaboration with me, like an athlete and coach compatible pairing with the same goals. This requires thoroughness, sincerity, empathy, and the best possible insight on tap. Trust has to be given time to blossom.
